Important Announcement: No Summer Meetup This Year Hello everyone, It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you that, after careful consideration, we have decided not to host our annual summer meetup this year. This decision was not made lightly, and I sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience it may cause. Over the past few months, my family has been facing some housing issues and family difficulties that require my immediate attention. In light of these challenges, I have had to reassess my priorities, and it has become clear that my family needs to be my primary focus this year. It is a difficult decision to make, but family always comes first. The admin team and I have discussed alternative options to ensure we stay connected during this time. We are excited to share that we are actively working on organizing an online event that will include video and voice chat functionalities. Although it may not be the same as our traditional summer meetup, we are committed to providing a platform for everyone to come together virtually. I want to express my sincere apologies to each and every one of you. I understand the importance of our summer meetups, and I hate letting people down. However, my children have said to me in the past they lose me for two months when organising Llamageddon because of how much organising it takes. This year, I owe it to them to be present and supportive. Please watch this space for more information about the upcoming online meetup.
