Could you help us? We don’t like asking, but things have become difficult and it’s time for us to reach out. Running the server involves far more than just basic hosting fees — there are many ongoing costs that help keep Famallama safe, stable, and professional for everyone.
These include server and plugin fees, website and domain costs, business email services, as well as promotion and advertising to help our community grow. We’ve worked hard to explore government funding options, but unfortunately we don’t meet the eligibility requirements. As an online community, we’re open to a wider audience rather than serving a specific local area, and we don’t currently have the income level needed for CLC status or similar funding support.
